Why do I do this?

I have worked in UXR for 17 years and currently hold a leadership position at Microsoft, after a successful tenure at Google. Over these years, I've seen UXR evolve from a nascent stage into an established field.

In my role today, I hire UXRs and recognize that many people need more guidance to not only transition into UXR but also thrive in it.

This workshop is my way of giving back to the community. I dedicate specific days each month to guide aspiring UXRs with a clear roadmap for making this transition.
