MEET YOUR COACH
Hi, I’m Eshita.
For 17 years, I’ve worked across research, design, program management and product strategy at Google, Microsoft, Wipro and startups.
I’ve led leaders, turned around teams and helped people build greater influence and visibility without losing the culture that makes good work possible. Along the way, I’ve made several shifts of my own—across disciplines, organisations, leadership and building something of my own.
Outside work, I’m a mother of two, a meditator, writer and enthusiastic traveller. I know that a successful career is only one part of a life—and that decisions about what comes next rarely stay neatly inside the office.
